Wisconsin North Woods 2005

Not everyone looks good in a beehive, but this guy pulls it off.
I love the bee T-shirt.

This was one of the many vendors at the Madison Farmer's Market, where you can pick up anything from jalapeno cheddar to smoked brook trout, farm fresh pork sausage, cookies, breads, scones, apple cider, jams, flower bouquets and lots of vegetable you won't find in your grocery store. All in all an amazing variety of foodstuffs. The Farmer's Market was always popular when Nan and I lived in Madison, but in the 20 years since we moved, it has become a big tourist attraction. On our last leg of the market, we were moving through Summerfest or Taste of Chicago-like crowds. Get there early, and bring a cooler for the spoilables.
